PROTOCOL RECEIPT DEADLINE:

IACUC Annual Renewal Reminders and Due Dates

The Deadline for Receipt of Protocols for Review at Each Month's Meeting Is the Last WEDNESDAY of the PREVIOUS Month

REQUIRED COPIES OF IACUC PROTOCOL APPLICATIONS:

New & 3-Yr. Renewal Applications: 1 Original + 16 Copies

Annual Renewal Applications: 1 Original Only

All Required Copies of Protocols to be Reviewed Must be Delivered to Susan Watterson in Research & Grants Administration (Block Health Science Bldg., Rm. 148) by 5 PM on the Deadline Date
