[The basic requirements are contained
in the Code of Federal Regulations (Title 45, Part 46, Section 102) and MUOT
Policy # 02-001]
ANSWER:
PRIOR approval by the MUOT IRB is
required for any RESEARCH which involves HUMAN SUBJECTS.

whether a protocol you are contemplating requires IRB approval please call Research
and Grants Administration.
